Fatty acid composition: Oleic - 14-20%, Linoleic - 34-50%, Gamma-linolenic - 17-24%, Palmitic - 5-11%, Stearic - 3-5%

Borage Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of the borage plant, otherwise known as Blue Starflower. It is well known as one of the richest sources of essential fatty acids, and contains one of the highest amounts of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). It is excellent for skin health, reducing redness, rehydrating ageing skin, and helping restore the suppleness, elasticity and tone of tired, dry, or scarred skin.
